I would be remiss if i didn’t post a few samples from my latest photo series here. They’re of New Orleans resident Casey Fox. A bit of background here, taken from a post of mine at Facebook:
“I had been wanting to take posed shots of someone for a while, with the idea in mind that I’d rather not know the person acting as a model for me very well, or not at all. I wrote the woman in these photos, Casey, after she favorited a photo I took of her on Mardi Gras Day last year, asked if she’d like to, oh, play along. She said sure. To make a long story short, I took the photos in this series last Friday, in and around the Peristyle at City Park. The shoot was an experiment that worked, I think, and was–oh, sorta–way too much fun.”

Who Dat!
Took this one at the last post-season game held at the Superdome, the New Orleans-Philly game of 2007. It looks like I won’t be able to get such a shot this year, not outdoors, unless by some miracle a 100 percent chance of rain prediction does not hold. Oh well. All the more reason to hope the Saints get out their big can o’ whoopin’. Who Dat!
